I was out in Calgary last week to celebrate the Alberta winners of our Western Living Designers of the Year (stay tuned for party pictures), and spent a couple of days touring the city to explore some of my favourite shops. Banbury Lane has recently opened their gorgeous new location—designed by WL favourite Robert Pashuk—and I popped in for a tour of their historic space: I loved great herringbone floors, brick walls and the mammoth, sliding barn door. And along with their new digs, they’ve got a new line of decorative hardware from Edgar Berebi, bejeweled and perfect for outfitting a reclaimed dressing table.
